Open source software is free to use but the authors will usually accept voluntary donations to help with their work.   Commercial software requires payment, naturally, but may allow a free evaluation download - this is usually restricted in function or will expire after a certain time.

Utilities
	Second Copy® is the perfect backup for Windows 9x/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista Second Copy® makes a backup of your data files to another directory, disk or computer across the network.
