Many people are using office applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and even databases to boost their productivity at work. However, most people use a tiny fraction of the functions available in these packages. They may have picked up the basics from a colleague, a book or an introductory tutorial.
A properly structured training course can show the shortcuts the experts use, the tricks of the trade and the functions that are not used because people generally are not aware of their existence. This knowledge has been shown to increase productivity five-fold, in at least one case.

• We can provide training courses to comply with the European Computer Driving Licence Foundation (ECDL/ICDL) syllabus requirements.   All trainers are ECDL Experts.
